Beginners Grips:
These grips are ideal for women to start grip training. We advise most women to start on these. If you powerlift or participate in strength sports then check out "The Classic Five" below.
The Classic Five:
We advise most men start with the "Classic Five" range. If you've never done any weight training before, go with the Trainer, most men with some weight training experience should start with a #1 and powerlifters and strength sports athletes may want to go for the 1.5 (see "Tweenie" Grips) or the #2 if you're an absolute monster!
The "Tweenie" Grips:
The Tweenie Grips are best used to bridge the gap between grips but some very strong gripped folks may want to start off with them instead of the "Classic Five"
